We started as the Kinetic Council

The Council continues as our founding and governing body, and the Association is the wider home it serves.

Active practitioners across content, data, semantics, technology, and AI, and the industry partners who fund and steer the work alongside them. Corporate partners do not buy a seat. They join the Council and take part in the work.

Corporate partners take part beyond the check. The Council is where organizations that might otherwise compete bring their people and their real problems, and work out together what good practice looks like as content, data, and semantics work changes with AI.
